Sincuidados is an exclusive gated community in north Scottsdale near Pinnacle Peak, with custom luxury homes set into dramatic desert hillsides and commanding panoramic mountain and city views. The architecture trends contemporary desert with extensive flat and low-slope rooflines — sprayed polyurethane foam dominates the roofing system, often combined with decorative parapets and exposed metal copings.

Hillside lot conditions and view-dependent home design mean staging plans, equipment placement, and material handling all need careful coordination. Many Sincuidados driveways are long and winding, neighbor sightlines from view homes are unavoidable, and the desert landscape between homes requires protection from equipment traffic and debris.
