Elevation variation across Desert Mountain's many holes and ridges means wind exposure varies from home to home. We spec fastenings, edge details, and coating systems to the actual exposure of each property, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Documentation of those decisions goes in the project file along with manufacturer warranties and photo records of existing and finished conditions.
